Everything You Need to Know About Creative Family Care

  • We recommend starting by scheduling a tour. You'll have an opportunity to see our program, meet us, ask questions, discuss availability and tuition, and determine whether Creative Family Care is the right fit for your family.

  • Our preschool and childcare program welcomes children from 12 months to 5 years old, with additional care options available for school-age children between 5 and 12.

  • Our full-day program is available from 7:00 AM–6:00 PM. We also offer a preschool-day schedule from 9:00 AM–3:00 PM, as well as flexible and evening care options based on availability.

  • Yes. A $150 enrollment deposit reserves your child's space and is applied toward:

    • $100 Registration Fee

    • $25 Materials Fee

    • $25 Activities Fee

  • Our current weekly tuition options are:

    • 9:00 AM–3:00 PM: $250 per week

    • 7:00 AM–6:00 PM: $300 per week

    • $50 Monthly Meal Fee

  • Yes. Creative Family Care accepts childcare assistance for eligible families. Contact us to discuss your program and enrollment requirements.

  • At Creative Family Care, you’re family! We combine quality early education with personalized care, open communication, flexible scheduling, meals, and meaningful learning experiences—all in a warm, close-knit environment.

  • Yes — There is a $50 monthly fee, which includes breakfast, lunch, and one snack.

  • Please let us know about your child's allergies or dietary needs before enrollment. Families are responsible for providing any necessary allergy or dietary food substitutions.

  • Children enjoy a balance of structured learning, hands-on activities, creative play, social-emotional development, meals, rest, and opportunities to build friendships and independence.

  • Open communication is an important part of our philosophy. We want families to feel informed, comfortable asking questions, and connected to their child's preschool experience.

  • Yes. We are proud members of the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC) and the National Association for Family Child Care (NAFCC).

  • Yes. We believe children learn through experiences both inside and outside the classroom. Field trips and special activities are part of our commitment to offering families more than just preschool.

  • Rates: $20–$30/hr based on needs and number of children.

    • 5-hr minimum for in-hotel care

    • 3-hr minimum for community events.


    Caregivers: Background-checked, CPR/First Aid certified, experienced with infants–school-age.


    Services: Supervised play, feeding support, diapering/restroom help, nap supervision, age-appropriate activities, light clean-up, and parent updates.


    Ideal for: Hotel stays, conventions, weddings, gatherings, and local events.


    Booking: Reserve in advance; last-minute requests may be possible.
    Safety: Strict safety standards, professional boundaries, and reliable care.
