Meet the Owner — Ms. Hall
Creative Family Care is led by Ms. Hall, a licensed elementary teacher and experienced early childhood education professional.
Ms. Hall holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Development from Warner Pacific College and has achieved Step 10 on the Oregon Registry and Level 5.2 on the Nevada Registry.
Her vision for Creative Family Care is rooted in the belief that families deserve more than childcare—they deserve knowledgeable educators, meaningful communication, dependable support, and a community that genuinely cares about their child's development.
