Ra'Neisha Hall is the Founder & CEO of Creative Family Care, a woman-owned childcare and family support program founded in Portland, Oregon, in 2020. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Development and is Step 10 on the Oregon Office of Child Care (ORO) Registry.

We offer a variety of programs at Creative Family Care to meet the individual needs and interests of each child. Our programs include infant care, toddler care, preschool, and before and after school care.
